I'm Adam Prasser. Head of Engineering at LMG. More than two decades of building software and wrangling teams across fintech, gaming, agency work, startups, and enterprise.

I'm interested in the messy bits of building software — not the conference talk version, the actual version. Teams, tradeoffs, what actually ships versus what gets whiteboarded. The stuff that keeps you up at 3am.

I'm a boy dad x 2 with an amazing partner. I live in Brisbane. I like music and sometimes attempt to make it. I run slowly, often. I ride motorbikes not slowly, often. I watch good movies. I follow the AFL.
